Shipping policy
We offer high quality handmade products which we are usually able to make and dispatch within 4-5 working days of your order being placed, sometimes sooner! However, due to the handmade nature of our items, some products can take up to 1-2 weeks to dispatch, depending on the product.

Please note, that we cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal services itself. We will always endeavour to assist if any problems occur with our couriers, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control.
Our products are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. We offer both 24 hour and 48 hour services. Please know that in the rare case where your product has not arrived, we are only able to contact them to submit a claim 4 weeks after the item has been posted.
We provide tracking details for your order so that you can track your parcel from the moment we hand it over to the courier. If you have no update on your tracking status after 10 days of our dispatch date then please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
