Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us straight away at hello@franksgoods.com. Any items which are faulty upon arrival are entitled to a refund, provided the customer provides us with proof of the fault. We cannot accept returns on items which have been custom made to order.

If you have ordered the incorrect size we may be able to offer an exchange for the correct size, but this will be at the customer's expense.

If within 7 days you change your mind and wish to return the item you have purchased please contact us via email at hello@franksgoods.com
